Overview
A School Apparel, Inc., an industry leader in manufacturing of School and Career Uniforms, has current openings for the position of Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for specific accounts and provide a high-level customer service to a wide range of SAI Customers.
Responsibilities
- Work as support for sales department
- Compiling reports to support sales and customer service
- Entering all orders submitted for same day processing and shipping.
- Entering and managing individual accounts for SEASONAL Orders, and monitoring for a specific timed release.
- Maintaining, Monitoring, and Processing multiple account’s orders based on each individual account’s requirements.
- Process Credit Card Orders by contacting the customer; requesting the CVC and Billing Address; signing into the CC Processor website and processing the credit card through to completion for that particular order.
- Efficient, kind and resolution-oriented email interactions.
- Review pending orders, open order and specific customer requests to insure excellent customer service and customer experiences.
- Assist in obtaining and Providing data and reporting to customers.
- Assist to facilitate movement of work throughout internal departments to achieve objectives.
- Follow up to all issues until completion, both externally with customers while keeping Sales Reps informed, as well as any work with the internal departments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain files, records, both required hard copies as well as electronic.
- Provide specific outlined documents and information to Corporate Accounting during audits and auditing issues.
- With training in all areas, possess good working knowledge of company practices and procedures with exemplary knowledge of product line offered as well as systems applications
- Position will eventually lead to soft sales required in areas of quality, service and product, i.e. upsell products as needed by suggestion of replacement styles for substitution when we are out of stock
Education
- High School Diploma (required)
- Proficient in Excel (required)
Experience
- Previous experience in Customer Service, or similar role required.
- Motivated, self-starters will be considered within the interviewing processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
