We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Color Guard Instructor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Color Guard Director to develop and implement engaging color guard routines that align with the overall vision of the program.
- Provide instruction in techniques, choreography, and performance skills to students of varying skill levels.
- Support the Color Guard Director with leading rehearsals, ensuring a positive and productive environment while promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Manage logistics related to performances, including scheduling rehearsals, coordinating equipment, and overseeing travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall marching band experience.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Foster a culture of respect, discipline, and commitment within the color guard team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
