- Partner with teaching staff to help build family connections
- Assist in developing and implementing support and outreach strategies for families

Position: 2025 STARS Summer Academy School Community Liaison
Location: Garlough Elementary School
Dates and Hours: July 7th - July 31, No Fridays; 7:30am - 1:30pm
Position Summary: Community liaisons understand the value of and are committed to effective partnerships between schools, families and communities. They serve as advocates to our Spanish speaking families and students and build trusting relationships that ensure equitable access to school and district services. Community Liaisons work in collaboration with a variety of school and district staff members to support and empower students in reaching their social and academic goals.
