Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group counseling to students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement support plans.
- Conduct assessments to identify students' social and emotional needs.
- Assist in the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and provide social-emotional support as needed.
- Offer crisis intervention and conflict resolution strategies to support students.

- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and reports.
- Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- New York State Certification as a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW).
- Prior experience in a school or educational setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, behavioral interventions, and student advocacy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse populations.
