Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, enhancing sales through upselling techniques, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. This role requires a blend of retail experience and managerial expertise to drive success in our studio.

Duties

• Supervise and lead the studio team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue through upselling and promotions.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate transactions and inventory management.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee stock management, ensuring that products are well-stocked and organized.
• Communicate effectively with staff and clients to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Utilize basic math and retail math skills for inventory tracking and financial reporting.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance in sales and customer service.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in upselling techniques.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in stock management within a retail or grocery store environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff.
• Basic math skills essential for managing inventory and financial transactions.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is preferred.
