School of Rock is the original performance-based, interactive music school founded in 1998 in Philadelphia. With over 400 schools, and a strong internationally recognized brand, School of Rock is the largest after-school music education provider. Our mission is to help kids rock their worlds.

The School of Rock Summer Camps Instructors will help create a warm, supportive and inspiring environment for young musicians. School of Rock's summer camp program encourages young children to reach their developmental milestones through fun musical activities and playing rock and roll musical instruments. We offer 5 week-long camps spread out over the summer. Three of the camps are full day (9a-3p) and two are half day (12p-3p). All of the camps run Monday through Friday, and end with a live show on Friday afternoon, showcasing what the campers learned through the week.

In support of that goal, the Instructor is responsible for all music and education-related elements within the camps. The Instructor creates a dynamic camp experience to ensure their students are challenged and inspired. The Instructor embodies rock and roll in a positive way and is responsible for creating a valuable student learning experience.
