We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Experience in teaching all levels and ages of daycare from babies to infants and toddlers, is highly valued.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, including those with disabilities, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
- Will be directly responsible for working with parents on potty training methods with our toddlers and preschoolers.
Skills
- Strong understanding of preschool education principles and practices.
