Specialty : 1 : 1 Behavioral Instructional Assistant
Requirements :
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degreePrevious experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral or special needs.Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques (CPI training is a plus).Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide direct, 1 : 1 support to a student with behavioral and learning needs.Implement behavioral intervention strategies based on individualized education programs (IEPs) or behavior support plans (BSPs).Assist the student with academic tasks, social interactions, and classroom routines.Reinforce positive behaviors and redirect challenging behaviors using evidence-based techniques.Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and specialists to ensure consistent support for the student.Document student progress and behavioral observations.Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.Benefits :
