Retirement Plan Services Representative
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

$22.68 - $32.88

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for assisting Members/Participants with all retirement products including Individual Retirement Accounts, Deferred Compensation Plans (457), State Teachers Retirement System and 403b plans. Explains and recommends to Members/Participants the coordination and benefits of retirement products specific to school employees.
- Responsible for coordination of the day-to-day administration for a group of retirement plans, including Individual Retirement Accounts, Deferred Compensation Plans (457), State Teachers Retirement System and 403b plans.
- Responds to telephone and written inquiries to provided information to Members/Participants.
- Answer questions and convey information regarding the provisions of the plans.
- Handles routine inquiries by branches/departments and Members/Participants.
- Process retirement account transfers, rollovers, trustee-to-trustee transfers, and distributions. Authorize 403(b)/457(b) salary reduction agreements, loans, distributions and exchanges.
- Responds to inquiries and requests from school district offices, understands laws, IRS Rules and Regulations governing retirement plans.

- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of previous related experience preferred
- Retirement Account Experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access or other database program
