Business Unit Systems Analyst II - Dispute & Fraud Claims
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range : 41.79 - $62.68

What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for intermediate-level analysis and support of business systems to meet the goals of the business unit. Works closely with stakeholders to understand system requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend solutions to improve system efficiency. Acts as a liaison between the business unit and IT, ensuring that system enhancements align with business objectives.
- Engages with business users and IT teams to define and document moderately complex system requirements.
- Analyzes existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Develops and executes test plans to validate system functionality and enhancements.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve system-related issues and recommend improvements.
- Updates and maintains user documentation, training materials, and procedural guides.
- Participates in planning and implementing system upgrades, patches, and new features.
- Monitors system performance and data integrity, proactively addressing potential issues.
- Contributes to the creation of workflows and processes that enhance business operations.
- Coordinates with IT and other teams to ensure system changes are effectively communicated and adopted.
