The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

Responsible for providing direct assistance to Members, teammembers and third parties regarding complex inquiries, extensive research, and creative solutions pertaining to Member consumer loans title perfection. Ensures timely completion of such requests and transactions while complying with established internal standards and external regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for providing direct assistance to Members, teammembers and third parties regarding complex inquiries, extensive research, and creative solutions pertaining to Member consumer loans title perfection. Ensures timely completion of such requests and transactions while complying with established internal standards and external regulations.
- Maintains advanced knowledge and understanding of title perfection/DMV guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Explains guidelines, policies and procedures to teammembers and/or Members.
- Responds to and resolves escalated/complex Member, third party, and teammember inquiries concerning vehicle loan titling or lien filing.
- Responsible for maintenance of loan files pursuant to title perfection of Member and teammember consumer loans.
- Ensures refunds for lien perfection are properly applied to Member loans.
- Assists with DMV processing functions to secure collateral, take steps to reduce Member penalties, fees and releasing liens.
- Assists with new DMV Processor training and provides technical guidance to less experienced teammembers.
- Completes title perfection transactions within authorized system of record (requires BPA Certification)
- May handle escalated title administration calls to assist both internal and external Members.
- Reviews and works department reports on a regular basis as required by management.
- Maintains an advanced working knowledge and understanding of the Consumer Lending Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs and desktops). Processes requests to update/change SOPs and desktops as needed.
- Assists with testing, validation and training of process changes and with department projects upon request.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5 years previous related experience required
- Previous Symitar and/or loan servicing system experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with active listening. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Should be Self-motivated, positive and organized. Intermediate typing and computer skills is required. Experience with inbound/outbound phone system is required.
