WorkComp360 has partnered with an Aerospace Company in Santa Ana and is currently hiring a Processor-Anodize Type I, II, III. Class I, Class 2 Hard Anodize to join their team.
We are specifically seeking an Anodize Operator for either the 1st or 2nd shift.
Experience with Hard Anodize (Type III, also known as Type Three).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plans processes and sequence of the operation to complete plating with the following processes Anodize Type I, II, III. Class I, Class 2, Hard Anodize
- Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches or specification to set the voltage and amperage required.
- Dips the metallic parts into acid tanks to clean parts.
- Dips the metallic parts into finishing tanks and monitors parts.
- Performs visual inspection of plated parts as well as inspection tools to ensure uniform plating on all surface areas are completed.
- Racks parts before and after plating.
- Logs data into computer for completed parts and processes.
- Adheres to safety regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
ITAR REQUIREMENT :
Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the
employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident).
