IRA Services Representative II
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.
Pay Range : 24.20 - $35.09

What You'll Be Doing
Responsible for assisting Members and teammembers with retirement products including Individual Retirement Accounts and Deferred Compensation Plans (457). Explains and recommends to Members and teammembers the coordination and benefits of retirement products.
- Responds promptly to Member telephone inquiries regarding any retirement products including but not limited to Individual Retirement Accounts and Deferred Compensation Plans.
- Understands laws, IRS Rules and Regulations governing retirement plans.
- Responds to telephone and written inquiries, researches problems, and provides information to requesting party. Handles the complex and non-routine inquiries by branches / departments and Members.
- Process account transfers, rollovers, trustee-to-trustee transfers, and distributions.
- Maintains records and files, researches fees, tax statement problems and corrects appropriate forms. Researches all mandatory distributions on new and existing plans inclusive of setting up, accuracy, analysis, maintenance and compliance.
