Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Office Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schottenstein Real Estate Group is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to add to our staff to help run day to day operations at one of our newest premiere locations in the Powell/Delaware area. Liberty Grand is currently under construction in Powell after our first phase completion in May of 2023 we began construction on a second phase adding an additional 190 units. Schottenstein strives to provide a new industry standard in customer service, one in which our current maintenance team loves. We eliminate the majority of issues maintenance encounters in the field, we provide Home Depot and Lowes charge cards so that if you need something now to complete a task you can get it now. We approve most vendor use within reason so that your day isn't consumed with that one task that you cannot pull yourself away from, onsite groundskeepers ensure that the first quarter of your day is not needed to scour the property for every last candy wrapper! If a part is needed you can order it, our vacant turns are NOT painted in house or cleaned by maintenance as many places seem to be in the habit of doing nowadays. Experience/Certifications:

· 2 or more years experience in Multi Family Housing

· HVAC certification (can help with receiving certification if not certified)

· Knowledgeable with electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, roofing, pool maintenance and punch-out

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for resident work orders

· Move-out inspections

· Preparation of vacant apartments for next tenants

· Must be able to work in close partnership with all fellow staffing to ensure all deadlines are met and the highest standards are maintained

Compensation/Benefits:
