Role and Responsibilities

• Enter and process accurate and timely orders by utilizing Electronic Data Interchange in GenWeb system in accordance with Company Policy.
• Ensure accurate pricing and promotion information for each order.
• Ensure accurate order entry through knowledge of client’s products and policies for proper delivery to the customer.
• Communicate all necessary order information to clients regarding our customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
• Review order dashboard for alerts on a daily (hourly) basis.
• Resolve order issues with knowledge, experience, research, and communication with internal and external groups in a professional manner.
• Responsible for ensuring system is set up to receive orders and invoices electronically or via email for ALL new and existing customers, including correct bill to and ship to information.
• Ensure orders and invoices are received to the appropriate company email address if a manufacturer order is not available to be processed electronically.
• Maintain and create hierarchy for each Branch that includes correct customers and corresponds with company entity structure.
• Maintain and update order management system data for commission rates for all clients based upon executed contract.
• Maintain and update order management system data for all authorized items with correct pricing and product specifications for all clients immediately upon receipt of new information. 
• Maintain and create hierarchy for each client and customer based upon company entity and business manager responsible for sale.
• Set up new items immediately upon notice of authorization.
• Ensure ALL manufacturer’s price sheets are scanned and maintained on shared “O” Drive in folders sorted by customer and manufacturer.
• Review order reports to ensure all orders are received, processed, and transmitted without errors.
• Perform special assignments for the company as needed.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, clients and co-workers.

Qualifications

Education and Other Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills, and be able to effectively communicate with others.
• Specialized Knowledge - PC Proficiency and strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, copier.

• Language Skills - Fluent English is required

• Some travel may be required
