Schraad Sales & Marketing, a regional grocery brokerage firm, is seeking a Part-Time Graphic Designer to support both internal initiatives and client projects. This role will collaborate with Schraad’s marketing team to develop visually compelling designs that strengthen brand identity and support strategic marketing initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design digital assets such as social media content, digital ads, and website graphics.
Create print and event materials, including sell sheets, trade show signage, promotional displays, and marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
Oversee packaging refreshes and redesigns, working with print vendors.
Work with the team to ensure copy and other elements align with design deliverables. o Produce company-branded merchandise and apparel designs for employees & events.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials/channels for Schraad & client partners. o Assist with photo & video content creation, including basic editing and post-production.
Organize and maintain a digital asset library for client and internal use.
Collaborating with the marketing team to support both internal projects and client requests.
Perform special assignments for the company as needed.
Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, clients and co-workers.
Qualifications
Education and Other Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or 3 years in a similar role.
Proven graphic design experience (agency or food industry experience preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse print, digital, and branding work.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Familiarity with print production, packaging design, and digital media best practices.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout, color, and typography with the ability to adhere to multiple brand guidelines.
Able to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
Effectively manages time to meet deadlines.
Experience working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Adaptability to learn new technologies and tools as needed.
Language Skills - Fluent English is required
Preferred Skills
Experience working with food brands or CPG marketing.
Familiarity with social media content creation and retail marketing campaigns.
Understanding of website graphics and basic UX design is a plus.
Ability to assist with team-based planning and strategy a plus.
