Professionally manage client accounts and provide support to Business Managers, Key Account Managers and Retail Operations to ensure client, customer and company expectations are met. We are seeking a motivated, self-starter with a high level of time management and organizational skills and great attention to detail to work in a positive, client driven, team based environment. Must be able to drive projects from inception to completion with little guidance. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with all levels of personnel within the Company.
Summary
The Office Administrator is responsible for day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks for the Companys corporate office in Oklahoma City.
Role and Responsibilities
- Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and directs visitors to appropriate person, as necessary.
- Answers and directs Company phone calls.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Arranges travel and accommodations for team members including organizing convention data.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records and preparing items to mail and/or ship including taking shipments to the local Post Office or other carrier, as needed.
- Coordinate receipt and delivery of shipments.
- Ordering and stocking of all office, break room and janitorial supplies.
- Administrative sales support as needed.
- Resolves problems in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clocks in and out using company online payroll system for time keeping to correctly and effectively report time worked.
- Attends all team and company meetings, as required.
- Follows all company policies, including but not limited to Company Handbook and Travel and Business Expense Reimbursement.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Other Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Experience as an administrative assistant preferred.
- Language Skills - Fluent English is required.
- Should be able to type freely and work with computer monitors and keyboards for prolonged periods of time on a daily basis.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Some travel may be required.
