Overview
Cyclone Septics is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and enhancing overall office efficiency. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, handle customer queries and schedule appointments.
  • Invoice customers and maintain/update customer records using Housecall Pro.
  • Manage inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Manage executive schedules.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure job scheduling and planning.
  • Work with customers, technicians and regulatory agencies to complete necessary paperwork.
  • Any other duties assigned to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Some afterhours on-call may be required for phone coverage.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in office management is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in using phone systems with strong phone etiquette skills.
  • Experienced in MS Office Suite including Excel, MS Access experience is desired.
  • Solid clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to learn quickly.
  • Business administration, information technology, computer science or marketing degree considered a bonus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
