The Base
We are based at 7 Bryant Park in the heart of NYC. And we have everything we need to work flexibly. We operate a hybrid working model, with a requirement that our Private Equity Investment Analyst be in the office 3 days per week. This is to sustain our culture of innovation, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and building relationships within the business.

This is an opportunity to work interdependently with an engaged team that sits within a global Private Equity function at a global asset management firm.
Position Overview
- This is an exciting opportunity within Schroders Capital Private Equity's US Buyout investment team based in New York. You will be centrally involved in the full investment process across primary investments, secondary investments, and direct co-investments within the US buyout market.
- The Investment analyst will join a cohesive group of high-performing investment professionals with relevant backgrounds ranging from private equity investing, investment banking, accounting & finance, and operations. This hire is expected to play a key role in all aspects of our business.

Compensation
Schroders offers a base salary in a range of $115,000 to $130,000 for this position.
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education / training and skill level.
