The Role : As the first point of contact for our clients, you are not just a representative; you are the face of our company. Your main duties will include :
Responsibilities :
- Managing incoming calls and addressing client needs.
- Scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently.
- Handling client complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
- Keeping precise records of client interactions, and ensuring information accuracy.
- Following up on client concerns, guaranteeing satisfaction.
- Supporting our technicians administratively when required.
