Collegiate Hotel Group®, is seeking a Dual Director of Rooms to oversee The Pontchartrain and Memoir New Orleans and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

- Oversee the efficient operation of the rooms division and ensure that guests/residents receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Develop and implement new policies, procedures, and practices to enhance guest satisfaction and improve efficiency.
- Recruit, train, lead, and motivate team members, including managing third-party staff.
- Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditures.
- Planning work schedules for individuals and teams .
- Handling customer complaints, concerns, and feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Collaborate with other teams on the property to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute exclusive events and activities to engage residents and build a sense of community.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in hotel operational leadership roles, preferred as, Director of Rooms, Rooms Manager, or Front Office Manager.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and a problem-solver.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Financial savvy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods.
