LOGE Camps is seeking a Sales and Event Services Coordinator to join our team of community builders, outdoor adventurers, and aficionados of welcoming experiences. This position is a remote work from home opportunity, plus travel.

LOGE Camps is inspired by the outdoor travel culture of the 70’s, creating destinations that have the relaxed energy of a road trip with friends. We believe community plays a huge role in people’s lives and their adventures, and we created LOGE Camps to be much more than just a place to stay the night.
Since our beginning in 2016, LOGE has grown to nine open Camps and more than a dozen in development — all near our favorite towns and trails. With a range of ways to stay – rooms, van hookups, tent spots, as well as group meeting spaces - LOGE inspires the best of the outdoors and community.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Understands and champion the LOGE brand and strategy; be a storyteller!
- Creates contracts for group, contract, and other sales business
- Manages all event-only and small social requests
- Creates and maintains group blocks and catering/banquet events in event management software and PMSsystem
- Coordinates with customers on due dates for roominglists, cut-off dates, BEOs, contracts, deposits to ensure that all deadlines are met
- Supports the operational aspects of business booked (generating resumes, BEO’s, and customer correspondence), working closely with on-property team to ensure accuracy of reservations, groups, andevents .
- Follows up withpast clients to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensures development, maintenance & management of CRM
- Builds/maintains all profiles on sales-related third party sites
- Assists with building and organizing all sales collateral and documents
- Supports the planning aspects of property programming
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with other key stakeholders across both internal and external teams
- Overseeing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to goals.
- Be stoked about the LOGE Camps brand and identify with its culture of Live Outside, Go Explore
- Minimum of 1 year in hotel or conference catering/sales assistantrole
- Working knowledge of hotel operating systems such as Opera and Tripleseat
