Schumacher Auto Group Volkswagen in West Palm Beach is seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to manage incoming leads, facilitate communication with clients and Schumacher’s sales team to match clients with the vehicle that reflects their needs while building a lasting relationship with them.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and review incoming leads on the E-Leads Exchange platform.
- Review leads and verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Enter lead information into the system and ensure data integrity.
- Call on customers who have leases that are about to expire and offer them a new lease option.
- Report and escalate any discrepancies or suspicious activity to the E-Leads Exchange Manager.
- Explain vehicle features and options to potential buying clients.
- Promotes and educates to customers our vehicle exchange program
- Maintains call database up to date with all calls performed on a daily basis.
- Listen and guide clients through their vehicle purchasing process
- Match clients with the vehicle that reflects their needs
- Build a lasting relationship with the client
- Complete and organize proper paperwork for Sales and Finance Managers
- Have knowledge of proper vehicle inventory.
Education/Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus (automotive not required).
- Eagerness and drive to succeed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive and outgoing personality with high energy.
- Must be available to work Weekdays and Saturdays.
- Must have reliable transportation within the West Palm Beach area.
- Strong work ethic.
- A valid driver's license.
