Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Omnichannel E-Commerce Account Manager to drive ecommerce sales growth across key national retailers. Reporting to the E-Commerce Marketplaces Director, this role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of omnichannel activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and exceptional consumer experiences.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales and profitability on retail brick & mortar ecommerce platforms (e.g., The Home Depot, Walmart, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, Costco).
- Optimize online content through SEO, keyword management, and conversion optimization.
- Maximize revenue potential during key promotional and seasonal events.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and finance teams to drive growth from new products, promotions, and programs.
- Ensure seamless operations in collaboration with customer service, order management, marketing, and e-commerce operations.
- Stay up to date with retail policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on retail.com platforms to meet RoAS targets and other KPIs.
- Monitor budgets and work with third-party partners to improve ROI / ROAS.
- Track campaign performance and KPIs to assess and improve results.
- Compile and maintain competitive data on online pricing, promotions, and high-value events.
