We are currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician that will be able to fill the first shift at our Kenosha , Wi plant.
Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for assisting in preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, PLC Programs, robotics, production machines, material handling equipment, AC/DC drives, lighting systems, blending/mixing systems, etc. SCHÜTZ CONTAINER SYSTEMS builds proprietary equipment which uses state of the art technology. This continual development and advancement allows our technicians to become leaders in the industry.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- The Industrial Maintenance Technician removes and installs electric, hydraulic and pneumatic machine components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment
- The Industrial Maintenance Technician troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to determine causes of machine failure and recommends solutions for repair
- The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs new machine/equipment installations and setups
- The Industrial Maintenance Technician maintains the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of maintenance equipment, tools, and work areas
- The Industrial Maintenance Technician uses work orders and maintenance plans to document repairs
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
