We are hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and team for our ethnic food manufacturing factory located in the Fullerton, CA. In this role, you will drive the company's safety culture and play a key leadership role in the factory. Your HR expertise will enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, training, and company-wide HR initiatives in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
The base salary range for this position is $81,750 to $136,250 annually with eligibility for a 15%
annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Responsibilities
- Builds strong relationships with factory leaders and key stakeholders in order to develop and implement people plans and solutions to achieve business initiatives and deliver results.
- Drives engagement by championing the company’s vision, mission, purpose and culture initiatives.
- Provides transparent communication, and promotes employee understanding of programs, policies, and objectives along with developing positive employee morale.
- Administers Human Resources functions in collaboration with Center of Excellence groups including employee relations, compensation, recruitment, training, EEO/AA, and benefits.
- Coaches, motivates and develops team members and the facility’s leadership team.
- Directs, trains and develops a team of HR professionals.
- Minimum 8 years related experience preferably in manufacturing or frontline environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated in-depth working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations, U.S. human resources and employee relations' practices and policies developed through a combination of classroom training and work experience
- Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills that reflect a focus on the customer and recognition of business objectives
- Proficient in HR data analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to drive strategic workforce decisions and improve business performance.
