We are currently hiring for our Roofing Salesman role. SCI Roofing & Remodeling offers a competitive W2 with a base allowance plus commission pay structure. This fast-paced sales environment is perfect for self-motivated and independent roofing sales professionals who thrive in a supportive team setting. We provide both online and on-the-job training, along with ongoing support through weekly meetings.

Key Responsibilities of the Roofing Salesman Position:

• Canvassing neighborhoods to identify prospects with roof and exterior damage caused by wind and hail storms.
• Conducting door-to-door sales focused on offering free roof
• Inspecting roofs and exteriors, documenting damage with photos, measurements, and notes.
• Informing prospects about property damage, and the insurance restoration process.
• Completing a scope of work using the company's proprietary software.
• Presenting findings to prospects and finalizing roof reconstruction agreements based on cash or insurance proceeds.
• Providing necessary documentation to the internal production team to initiate roofing and reconstruction projects.
• Completing all paperwork related to the insurance process.

We are seeking mature individuals who are coachable, willing to learn our systems and processes, and capable of working independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications for Roofing Sales:
• 1-2 years of outside sales experience (preferred)
• Self-motivated and driven
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to meet or exceed current sales goals
• Attending sales meetings.
• Comfort with heights and climbing ladders
• Willingness to engage in door-to-door sales for roofing services
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
