Sciens Logistics, an asset-based 3PL, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics sales, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
$40,000 - $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow Sciens Logistics' customer portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions
- Negotiate rates and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive pricing for customers
- Collaborate with operations and client success teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management
- 1 years of experience in logistics sales, freight brokerage, or other relevant sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Familiarity with various transportation modes such as FTL, LTL, intermodal, and drayage is a plus
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed goals
