Scientific Calibration is currently hiring a Pipette Service Technician at its administrative headquarters in Cary, NC. The job consists of in-office and on-site work which includes travel around the United States. No experience required! Paid in-office training is provided. This position is 50% on-site (travel required), and 50% in-office (Cary, NC).

Job Description
Scientific Calibration is currently hiring a Pipette Service Technician at its administrative headquarters in Cary, NC. Responsibilities
- Test, clean, repair, reassemble and calibrate pipettes to ensure they are conforming to our customer's standards
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations in-house and on-site.
- Properly document work
- Complete all related reports
- Complete Data Entry into our system
- Capacity to work independently and with others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Must have a driver’s license.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025.
- Understanding of FDA regulations
- Experience with calibration, service or repair of other laboratory instrumentation.
