Job Summary
The Service Lab Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, organization, and maintaining compliance within the Service Lab and its activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Schedule, maintain, and communicate the Service Lab Calendar to oversee both day-to-day activities and long-term projects.
- Monitor the Service Lab Standards Inventory List to ensure all standards remain within their calibration intervals.
- Communicate openly with clients to guarantee their satisfaction, including following up after service and monitoring Customer Service Feedback Surveys.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped lab, including oversight of all equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Ensure proper documentation is created and submitted.
- Enforce safety protocols for all Service Lab members, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety goggles or lab coats when needed.
- Organize and manage the department’s budget by tracking expenses, ordering supplies, and requesting necessary funding from management.
- Provide quotes to customers as required.
- Coordinate with the Quality Manager to uphold quality standards and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Demonstrates innovative leadership and serves as a role model for all team members.
- Exhibits strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skills.
- Has experience using office management software, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
- Is computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and email, and capable of learning custom databases and software applications for routine job duties.
- Possesses excellent customer communication skills.
Salary : $20 - $25
