- Support customer documentation requests and maintain supplier records
- Review technical documents for compliance and alignment with specifications
- Assist with product and supplier approvals, change control, and product release
- Upload and manage data within the Compliance Quest platform
- Help coordinate product sample logistics with precision and care
- Familiar with FDA food and dietary ingredient regulations, HACCP/HARPC
- PCQI certification preferred but not required
- Confident working in CRM and quality management software
- Driven, organized, and excited to problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
