- Lead sales efforts for instruments and accessories in the Southwest region
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training to showcase value and differentiation
- Manage and nurture customer relationships while driving sales growth
- Collaborate on consumable product sales alongside Inside Sales Representative
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage CRM documentation (Salesforce)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Experience in scientific sales or with chemistry laboratory environments is a plus
- Ability to manage complex sales processes with government and granting agencies
- Proven track record of sales success and customer service excellence
