Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Risk Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the end-to-end design, implementation, and operational enablement of an enterprise risk management program. This program will involve developing a risk management framework and supporting processes, including risk register, risk acceptance/transference/treatment/mitigation capabilities, exception process management, as well as third-party risk management capability implementation and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management program, including a risk management framework and supporting processes.
• Create and maintain a risk register and facilitate risk acceptance, transference, treatment, and mitigation processes.
• Manage exception process management and ensure effective implementation and operation of third-party risk management capabilities.
• Translate program strategy into actionable designs and define clear processes and workflows for risk management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and operationalizing enterprise risk management programs.
• Hands-on experience with risk management frameworks, risk registers, and risk treatment processes.
• Strong ability to translate strategic program requirements into detailed processes and workflows.
• Experience in managing exception processes and third-party risk management capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in risk management and cybersecurity (e.g., CRISC, CISSP) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
