Salary: $86,250 -$115,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the end-to-end management of a Salesforce implementation project aimed at transforming help line operations through automation.
• Partner with stakeholders to define clear project objectives, measurable success metrics, and a roadmap for implementation.
• Oversee the development and deployment of the automated system, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows and systems.
• Introduce best practices to enhance caller experience and reduce manual intervention, fostering operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while mitigating risks effectively.
• Deliver transparent and insightful updates to stakeholders, articulating progress, challenges, and innovative solutions.
• Ensure successful adoption and operational readiness of the automated system by guiding both technical teams and end users.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing Salesforce projects, with a focus on process automation and operational optimization.
• A proven track record of implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer interactions and reduce manual workload.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry's unique challenges and requirements is highly desirable.
• Exceptional project management skills, encompassing strategic planning, execution, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, with a history of delivering impactful results in complex environments.
• Expertise in similar automation efforts or advanced CSR systems is a valuable advantage.
