Responsibilities:

• Utilizes IT expertise to solve complex problems with innovative solutions. Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills to research issues, provide solutions, and communicate them effectively.
• Successfully executes assigned projects and collaborates with teams to achieve desired outcomes, while managing risks, resolving issues, and providing regular status updates.
• Conducts hands-on analysis and support of restaurant technology applications and their integrations.
• Collaborates across functions to ensure business requirements and solution capabilities are aligned and implemented across both domestic and international markets.
• Delivers technical solutions while adhering to IT development standards, the IT Change Control process, SOX controls/requirements, and IT Governance roadmap.
• Provides training materials and technology introductions for our helpdesk and support teams.
• Estimates and adjusts project timelines and resources as needed.
• Oversees vendor resources for projects, ensuring invoicing aligns with company approval guidelines.
• Reviews and drives the design of solutions.
