Here’s how:
- Partners with the Business Units to support the successful execution of their strategic priorities. Collaborate within and/or across business units to develop and execute on initiatives/projects with high risk, complexity and/or business impact, strategies to support present and future needs through the creation of solution alternatives, assessments and planning and analysis
- Foster strong working relationships across the organization including sales, PSO, Customer Success and our partners in Ag and TBS
- Establish the foundational analytics required to drive our business forward
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve the overall adoption of best practices, certification and integration of key tools across our CSM team.
- Creates executive level presentations and content
- Successfully liaises with all customers on implementation activities or contract issues to meet customer service and contract requirements, deliverables and commitments. Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members within and across group.
- Monitor and report on hosting performance metrics with a view of providing executive updates on asset utilization and return on investment on a regular bases (monthly, quarterly)
- Maintain a strong understanding of TELUS applications, product and services, organizational delivery capabilities, and TELUS end-to-end processes. Additionally, maintains awareness of industry trends and technology available that would, if implemented
You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- 3 years of experience in business analysis, or a similar role in a corporate environment
- 5 years of executive reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives to senior leadership
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to create impactful presentations
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment and is driven by wanting to drive exceptional results and team experience
- Demonstrates an exceptional ability to create and share business unit analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good working relationships at multiple organizational levels
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker someone who can motivate a crowd and drive excitement into a plan
