RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all HR functions, aligning strategies with organizational goals and ensuring legal compliance.
- Manage HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and applicant tracking, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes to streamline operations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize offerings.
- Address employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Oversee the HR department budget, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Lead and mentor HR staff, providing coaching and performance management to ensure compliance and professional growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring the organization remains competitive and compliant.
- Maintain confidentiality in all HR operations and ensure the department meets privacy standards.
- 5 years of leadership experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Skilled in MS Office and HR technology platforms.
- Experience with employee benefits, compensation, and leave management.
- Knowledgeable in HR best practices and applicable employment laws.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work across teams.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM) preferred.
