In this role, you will provide essential administrative, finance, and IT/security support to the U.S. Program Manager and regional team, ensuring seamless operations for key human rights initiatives.

Program Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the U.S. regional team.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate records.
- Process contracts and invoices for consultants and microgrants.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visa applications.
- Support program-related tasks as assigned.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and credit card reporting.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on payment processing and documentation.
- Participate in Finance & Program Assistants monthly meetings.
- Support hardware/software needs for the regional team.
- Assist in updating security and travel memos in collaboration with the IT/security team.
- Attend bi-weekly Operations & Program Assistants meetings.
- Passion for human rights, activism, or social justice.
- Experience with grassroots organizing, advocacy, or online mobilization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages from the Americas are a plus).
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
- Comfort working in a remote digital environment with experience using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and other collaboration tools.
