Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Property Manager on behalf of a privately owned property management company located near Shrewsbury, MA! This full-time position is for immediate hire.
PERKS:
- Temporary assignment with potential to convert to a permanent position!
- Full time, Monday-Friday 10-6 pm, onsite work schedule!
- Hourly rate of $34-$36/hr. plus a long list of robust benefits!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lease apartment homes from a beautiful contemporary office and model, all in the same building.
- Generate traffic/appointments through company-supported advertisements, agencies, Internet sites, and referrals.
- Manage the Sales process from start to finish.
- Maintain your closing ratio to ensure a high level of occupancy.
- General Administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 3-year Leasing/ Leasing Sales.
- Time Management skills and the ability to prioritize a must.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email and Web research.
- MUST live within 30 minutes of the community.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
