Scion Staffing is excited to announce an opportunity for a detail-oriented Marketing Administrative Coordinator to join our partner who providing sustainable supplies Portland, Oregon ! This is a full-time, direct-hire, on-site opportunity with benefits!
Responsibilities :
- Create and edit digital content for our website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to brainstorm, plan, and generate engaging content related to lumber, woodworking, and other brand-relevant topics.
- Take initiative in planning and executing video / photo shoots, both in-house and on-site.
- Manage media production projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Oversee media equipment (cameras, drones, audio, etc.) and ensure high-quality production.
- Travel occasionally for job site media production and brand campaigns.
- Contribute to building brand consistency across various platforms.
- Follow up on customer projects to acquire professional images and videos through licensing or scheduling site visits.
- Work with customers and suppliers to execute marketing partnerships, including video shoots, drone footage, and social media collaborations.

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $75,000-$80,000 annually plus benefits including medical, dental, PTO, retirement with company match, weekly paydays, and more!
