Main Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information in the medical record.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum six months' experience in Medical-Surgical setting preferred.
