We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Supervisor (RN) to join our team at ScionHealth. As a leader in our hospital, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care. This includes managing staffing, providing guidance and support to nursing personnel, and developing policies and procedures to promote quality care and compliance with regulations.
Key Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
- 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- BCLS and ACLS certification
