As a clinical supervisor in the ICU, you will oversee nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with hospital regulations. Your role involves managing staffing, providing professional guidance, and participating in the development of training programs for nursing staff.

Our clinicians play a vital role in the recovery process for patients with chronic, critical, or medically complex conditions.
- Oversight of hospital staff to guarantee quality care and adherence to policies and mandated regulations.
- Professional guidance for nursing personnel, management of disciplinary issues, preparation of administrative reports, review of staffing and budgetary needs, and integration of Nursing Services functions with other hospital departments.
- Participation in program development and training for nurse-recruitment activities and assistance with continuing education programs.
- Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating designated nursing staff; assignment of duties and coordination of nursing services.
- Participation in developing nursing protocols and procedures.
- Continuing education and staff development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Patient need assessment; provision of nursing care; ensuring services are carried out and documented appropriately.
- Maintenance of patient healthcare records.
- Maintenance of supply inventory records; ordering of supplies and equipment as necessary.
- Promotion of adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring employee performance and identifying and responding to compliance issues.
Qualifications
- Aptitude degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Additional state requirements as applicable.
- Valid Registered Nurse/RN license in the state.
- BCLS and ACLS certification.
- Two years of Registered Nurse/RN nursing experience in a hospital.
- One to two years of supervisory/leadership experience.
