Registered Nurse - ICU Nights Shift at ScionHealth
As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU. You will perform assessments, develop care plans, administer treatments, and advocate for patients. Your expertise will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and conducting procedures. You will also supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to care standards and protocols.

- You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- You will utilize your knowledge and skills to recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, such as cardiac rhythm disturbances, respiratory distress, and medication reactions.
- You will administer medications using the seven rights of medication administration: right patient, route, time, medication, dose, reason, and documentation.
