Job Description
- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- You will develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Effective communication is crucial in this role, and you will communicate changes in patient clinical conditions with Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and co-workers as appropriate.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Candidates must possess current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- BCLS certification is mandatory, while ACLS is preferred.
- A minimum of six months of experience in Medical/Surgical settings in acute care environments is highly desirable.
