Responsibilities
- Assesses patients' conditions and develops individualized care plans
- Provides direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation
- Works collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Participates in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical procedures and technologies
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
- Minimum one year ED experience in an acute care setting preferred
