Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures.
- Provide continuing education and staff development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Assess patient needs and participate in providing nursing care.
- Maintain patient health care records.
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN license in the state.
- BCLS and ACLS certification.
- Two years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
- Supervisory/leadership experience.
