- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and active BCLS certification.
- A minimum of one year's experience in Critical Care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
