Business Office Manager (BOM) - Skilled Nursing

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BOM to join our healthcare team.

Duties:

What you will do in this role: When you are a patient, finances should be the last thing on your mind. You will work closely with facility and regional accounts receivables team. The AR projects will include back-end collections and billing for Public Aide, Medicaid, Medicare and managed care accounts for our skilled nursing facility. One moment you are managing the patient trust fund, the next you're setting up payment schedules for a family and the next you could be helping a patient apply for Medicaid. It's a busy day here!

• Officially we title this job a BOM or Business Office Manager, but in other centers it may be called a Medicare / Medicaid Biller or Accounts Receivable Coordinator or even a Financial Services Rep.

Qualifications:

You will be working very independently. Therefore, what we need from you:

• Must possess a minimum of three (2) years' of bookkeeping or BOM experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with a specific focus on collections and outstanding receivables
• Experience with Public Aide/Medicaid billing and collections is a must (please specify detailed experience on resume / application for consideration).
• Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.75 - $36.00 per hour
