Position Summary:
Sciton, Inc. is looking for an energetic Accounting Specialist to join our rapidly growing Finance team. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working in administering the Travel and Expense and Credit Card program. This individual will be the company's go-to person for all travel and expense and credit card related matters. This position will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. The position is located in our Palo Alto, CA office and requires in-office work.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65k - $75k. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity and stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct expense reports audit to ensure compliance with company guidelines, are coded accurately, and are supported by appropriate documentation.
  • Provide support to employees for travel and expense related issues and serve as the liaison.
  • Onboard all new employees to travel and expense portal, Coupa.
  • Provide maintenance, guidance and training in Coupa relating to expense reporting processes.
  • Maintain user profiles in Coupa.
  • Maintain administrative and maintenance tasks in Coupa including approval workflow.
  • Run and initiate weekly Coupa payments.
  • Manage and reconcile corporate purchasing card (Visa).
  • Manage the corporate credit card program (Brex).
  • Identify areas of improvements to the travel and expense program by continually measuring performance against changing business needs.
  • Configure reports in Coupa to ensure that travel and expense practices comply with travel and expense guidelines.
  • Disseminate reports to management monthly to analyze spend, ensure compliance, and improve controls.
  • Provide support and back-up to Accounts Payable team.
  • Monthly and quarterly accruals.
  • Run reports and analytics to identify trends and needs.
  • Support Fleet Program.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
  • Min 2 years in travel and credit card program administration experience
  • Has experience with travel and expense systems like Coupa
  • Strong customer-service focus and superior self-organizational skills
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Commitment to providing quality work in a timely manner
  • Team-player and self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience with Infor Syteline or similar enterprise reporting systems preferred
